The 800-acre property sits in one of Colorado's most dramatic landscapes, between the Royal Gorge and the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The land itself — with its ridgelines, rock formations, meadows, and wetlands — provides the foundation for everything we are building.

Miles of hiking and biking trails connect all five eco areas, link to the Point Alta Vista trestle bridge, and provide access to thousands of acres of surrounding open space. Climbing routes at Buckskin Crags, including Via Ferrata and traditional rock climbing, make use of glacier-carved formations that are unique to this property. The 30-hole disc golf course, golf practice area, pickleball and basketball courts, and the Gunslingers Clubhouse provide variety without leaving the community gates.
